Associate Professor Ivan Ng Hua Bak  is active in research and has special interest in the field of neurotrauma, neurovascular surgery, neuro-oncology, intra-operative neuroio-maging for complex brain and spine conditions and Virtual reality planning and navigation for neurosurgery.
Associate Professor Ivan Ng is also an active educator, having been involved in undergraduate and allied health education as well as trained neurosurgeons who have now been appointed to faculty positions in Vietnam, Malaysia, Philippines, Paraguay, Egypt, Bangladesh, China, India, USA, Czech Republic, Switzerland and Nepal. He has also conducted many neurosurgical courses to teach neurosurgery and is the course ...
