Dr Kevin Lee has been in clinical practice since 1996 when he completed his medical degree at the National University of Singapore.  In 2007, he underwent sub-specialty training at the Arthritis /Hip & Knee Replacement Division, Stanford University USA.  There, he was trained by world-renowned surgeons Professor Stuart B Goodman and William J Maloney in complex hip and knee replacement procedures and was involved in both clinical and basic science research on joint replacements, biomaterials and stem cells therapeutics in orthopaedics. 

Dr Lee is also a consultant for Zimmer Inc., one of the largest orthopaedic implant and biomaterials company in the world and is involved in training both local and regional surgeons in joint replacements procedures.

Dr Lee is still actively involved in postgraduate teaching and he is a Visiting Consultant to the National University Hospital of Singapore.  He has an active research interest, both in clinical research involving total joint replacements and sports injuries, and also the role of stem cells in cartilage repair and orthopaedic surgery.

Dr Lee Haw Chou is an orthopaedic surgeon practising at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Singapore. He provides specialised care in the diagnosis and treatment of orthopaedic and spinal diseases.

Dr Lee has 15 years of experience in the field of orthopaedic surgery. Upon his graduation from the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore, he underwent basic surgical training and completed specialty training in general surgery, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 1998. He went on to specialised training in orthopaedics and was inducted as a Fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons in Orthopaedic Surgery, Edinburgh in 2003.

Subsequently, Dr Lee subspecialised in spine surgery and went to various centres in Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan and the United Kingdom on fellowship attachments. He also underwent a 12-month stint at the University of Missouri, USA, from 2004 to 2005, where he was a surgical fellow.

Before establishing his private practice in 2012, Dr Lee was a senior consultant at the Orthopaedic Department at Changi General Hospital. Dr Lee was instrumental in setting up the Spine Service in 2009, and also served as Chief of the Spine Service.
