She completed her undergraduate training at the National University of Singapore in 1994 and obtained her membership from the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in 2001 and her Master of Medicine in Obstetrics & Gynaecology (Singapore) in 2002. Dr Tracey Lim was admitted as a Fellow to the Academy of Medicine Singapore in 2005 and will be admitted to the Fellowship of the Royal College of O&G in September 2015.

She also actively promotes public awareness with cervical screening and cervical cancer prevention.

Dr Tracey Lim delivered the following presentations: The Obstetric Critical Care Symposium in 2001; a Public Forum on Pregnancy in 2003 and 2004 and an Antenatal outreach talk to the Masjid Darussalam in 2004.

She has also written articles for the Sunday Times on “Old Wives Tales” in 2002 and “Natural Birth” in Today’s Parents in 2003, “Sex in pregnancy and good tips” for the Chinese Newspaper Lian He Wanbao in 2004 as well as “Care in pregnancy for young parents” and “Endometriosis” in Her World Magazine in 2004. In October 2012 she was a speaker at the Mount Alvernia Hospital CME on “HPV beyond the cervix”. Her most recent Public Forum in July 2014 was on “Pregnancy Matters”.
