Dr Theng is the founder, Group Chairman and Medical Director of Eagle Eye Centre. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1992 with MBBS degree. Obtained post graduate qualifications, MMED (Ophth), FRCS (Edinburgh) and FRCOhpth (London).

Dr Teoh graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1998 and completed his Ophthalmology training with a Masters in Ophthalmology (2003) and obtained his Fellowship with the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FRCSEd) and Academy of Medicine (FAMS) in 2005. He undertook dual subspecialty training in both vitreoretina (surgical and medical) and uveitis, ocular immunology and inflammation at the Bristol Eye Hospital, UK in 2006. He also underwent an observership in HIV-related ocular inflammation at the Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, USA in 2007.

He is also well-versed in Comprehensive Ophthalmology including complex cataract surgeries, refractive surgery with wavefront, toric and multifocal IOLs, and pterygium excision with conjunctival graft (fibrin glue). He still runs uveitis and vitreoretinal clinics at the Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat and the Communicable Disease Centre. Dr Gerard Nah graduated in Medicine from the University of Aberdeen in the United Kingdom.  Subsequently, he was awarded a Singapore Armed Forces Post-graduate Scholarship (Medical) to train as an eye surgeon in Singapore. He then went on to train as a clinical fellow at the University of British Columbia, Canada.   Upon his return, Dr Nah founded the SAF Vision Performance Centre as its head and established Singapore's own Military Corneal Refractive Surgery programmes. As an active member of the international community of military ophthalmology, Dr Nah has been the international-chair of the Annual International Military Refractive Surgery Symposium since its inception in 2007.

Dr Nah is also trained in Aviation Medicine, a subspecialty of Occupational Medicine. He served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force for close to 20 years and was also the head of the RSAF Aeromedical Centre.  When he was in service, he held the titles of SAF Consultant in Ophthalmology and Aviation Medicine.
