Dr Sng went on to pursue his post-graduate training in surgery, accumulating work experience in many public institutions including Changi General Hospital, Singapore General Hospital, Tan Tock Seng Hospital and KK Women's and Children's Hospital.

Under the Health Manpower Development Plan Fellowship by the Ministry of Health, Dr Sng trained in Korea under the distinguished mentorship of Professor Kim Seon Hahn, a world-renowned robotic and laparoscopic colorectal surgeon. Dr Sng obtained his Certificate of Completion for the International Fellowship for Robotic & Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery at the Korea University Anam Hospital in Seoul, Korea in 2012. Dr Sng was formerly Consultant and Director of Colorectal Service in Changi General Hospital (CGH). Dr Jane Tan graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1997. She obtained her postgraduate surgical qualifications from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in 2000, and a Masters in Medicine (Surgery) from the National University of Singapore in 2001. Dr Julian Ong is a Consultant Surgeon at Colorectal Surgeons, Inc. (CSI). His areas of interest are in endoscopy and in minimally invasive surgery, particularly in laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. Dr Ong also focuses on the management of all other colorectal conditions and surgery for perianal conditions. Adjunct A/Prof Dean Koh Chi-Siong was trained in Colon and Rectal Surgery at the Ferguson Clinic/Michigan State University, USA under a Ministry of Health Scholarship in 2003.  While he was in the US, he also received formal training in laparoscopic colon and rectal procedures.  He was also trained in functional anorectal work and is competent in endoanal and endorectal ultrasonography. He has been performing robotic assisted laparoscopic colorectal resections since 2008.  He is the only listed colorectal surgeon in Southeast Asia on the da Vinci surgeon locator.

Dr Aileen Seah Ai-Lin is the first American trained female colorectal surgeon in Singapore.  She had advanced training in Colon and Rectal Surgery in the University of Minnesota, USA in 2003 under a Ministry of Health Scholarship award.  Her mentors were renowned surgeons Dr Stanley Goldberg, Dr David Rothenberger, Dr Ann Lowry and Dr Robert Madoff.  Subsequently, Dr Aileen Seah was also trained under the proctorship of Professor Hironori Yamamoto, the inventor of the double balloon enteroscope.

Dr Lim Khong Hee graduated from the National University of Singapore in 1992. He obtained his postgraduate degree in 1998 and was a Clinical Fellow (HMDP) in Upper Gastrointestinal and Laparoscopic Surgery at the renowned Princess Alexandra Hospital (Brisbane) in 2002. He was admitted to the Fellowship of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in the Specialty of General Surgery in 2004. He also became a Fellow of the Academy of Medicine (Singapore) in 2004.

Prior to establishing his private practice, Dr Lim was the Chief of the Upper Gastrointestinal Service and Senior Consultant in the Department of General Surgery, Tan Tock Seng Hospital. Dr Lim has had wide exposure to upper gastrointestinal and advanced laparoscopic procedures such as radical gastric resections with systematic lymphadenectomy, laparoscopic fundoplication, and laparoscopic surgery for morbid obesity. He has also gained much experience in both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy (including ERCP). Dr Lim was actively involved in the teaching of basic and advanced surgical trainees and was the Programme Co-ordinator for the Introduction to Colonoscopy Programme (Virtual Reality-based). He was also a Clinical Lecturer in the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and an Examiner in the Final Professional Examination for the Degrees of MBBS.

Dr Wong Nan Yaw is a General Surgeon with clinical interest in the colorectal surgeon. He completed his MBBS from the National university of Singapore in 1993.
