Dr Ooi graduated from United Medical and Dental Schools of Guy's and St Thomas's Hospitals in 1996. He subsequently obtained a Master of Medicine in Orthopaedic Surgery and FRCS (Edinburgh) in Orthopaedic Surgery. Dr Ooi's subspecialty areas of training are foot and ankle surgery as well as adult reconstruction surgery.
Common conditions managed by Dr Ooi include bunions and ankle sprains. As such, Dr Oi performs surgery such as corrective osteotomies for bunions, ankle arthroscopic surgery and ankle lateral ligament reconstructive surgery. Other surgical procedures for the foot and ankle would include radiofrequency coblation treatment of plantar fasciitis (chronic ...
