Dr Lee was accorded the MOH's Health Manpower Development Plan award to pursue a clinical fellowship in pancreas and renal transplant at Oxford Transplant Centre (UK) under Professor Peter Friend. Upon his return, Dr Lee led the Renal Transplant Program and laparoscopic donor nephrectomy service at SGH as Surgical Director. He was appointed to the MOH's advisory committee on transplantation.
While in SGH, he was also Director of the Andrology and Male Subfertility services. He initiated dedicated clinics evaluating and treating patients with complex men's health and fertility issues. His management strategies include a wide range of microsurgical procedures. He is currently Vice President of the Asian Andrology Association.
His beliefs in advanced techniques in minimally invasive surgery for better patient care has led him to pursue advanced laparoscopic and robotic training in the USA, France and India. He was admitted as a Fellow of the International College of Robotic Surgeons and has obtained separate Diploma accreditation in Laparoscopic Surgery and Robotic Surgery. He has regular invitations to share his experience both locally and regionally through lectures, workshops and surgical demonstrations.

Dr Nurhidayati Binte Mohamed Suphan is an Obstetrician & Gynaecologist practicing at Paragon. She completed her MBBS from the National University of Singapore in 1996. Dr Peter Lim Huat Chye is the Medical Director of Andrology, Urology & Continence Centre (AUCC) at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore. He also serves as Adjunct Professor (Men’s Health) at Edith Cowan University, Western Australia and Honorary Professor in Urology & Andrology at the HT Naval Medical School in Indonesia. President of the Society for Men’s Health (Singapore), He was also founder President of the Society for Continence, Singapore, as well as that of the Asia- Pacific Continence Advisory Board and the Asian Society for Female Urology.
A member of many international societies, including the American Urological Society, the International Society for Impotence Research and the International Society for the Study of the Aging Male, Dr Peter Lim serves on the editorial board of various journals; he has also published many peer-review journals and has also contributed to nine books.
Dr Peter Lim was conferred the Honorary Membership of the Institute of Urology, London (1992), the Singapore Urological Association Lectureship of the Year 2001 and the Eminent reviewer Award of the SMJ & the Eminent Scientist of the Year award 2003 from the World Scientists Forum.

Dr Michele Lee Sook Ling is a MOH-accredited IVF Practitioner. Dr Michele Lee set up her private practice in 2008 in the heart of Ang Mo Kio suburb, known as "Michele Lee Women & Fertility Clinic", and has been assisting couples with infertility treatment, in addition to managing deliveries and women with gynaecologic conditions. In the years she ran her own practice, she practised good medicine and enjoyed the good rapport with her patients. Professional Statement
Dr Timothy Lim Yong Kuei is a Specialist
in Obstetrics and Gynaecology with a special interest in the management of
gynaecological cancers. Though his key interests are in laparoscopic surgery,
complex pelvic surgery and the prevention and treatment of gynaecological
cancers, he also provides antenatal care to expectant mothers and manages a
wide range of gynaecological conditions including endometriosis, fibroids and
ovarian cysts.
He graduated from the National University of
Singapore in 1998 and obtained his post-graduate qualifications in O&G from
the Royal College of O&G, London in 2003. He started his gynaecological
oncology fellowship training in the Department of Gynaecological Oncology, KKH
under A/Prof Philip Yam in 2006 and was awarded the prestigious Health Manpower Development Programme of MOH(HMDP) award
to train in minimally invasive gynaecological cancer surgery in France under
the tutelage of the famous Prof Denis Querleu in 2008. He has also obtained the
Masters in Law (LLM) in Medical Law and Ethics at the University of Edinburgh
in 2016.
Dr Timothy Lim Yong Kuei was the Head and Senior Consultant
Gynaecologist of the Department of Gynaecological Oncology, KKH from 2014 to
2019 as well as the Deputy Chairman of the Division of O&G, KKH from
October 2015 to 2019. He was instrumental in developing minimally invasive
gynae-cancer surgery to be a standard of care in KKH as well as starting the
ICG-NIR sentinel lymph node biopsy services for endometrial cancers since 2016.
He performed the first laparoscopic Wertheim’s radical hysterectomy for
cervical cancer in 2009, a series of fertility sparing abdominal radical
trachelectomy for early cervical cancer in KKH since 2011 as well as the first
ICG- NIR sentinel lymph node biopsy for early endometrial cancer in Dec 2015.
He also introduced digital colposcopy services in the management of preinvasive
diseases in the colposcopy suites, KKH in 2016.
He was also the Academic Vice-Chair of Research
in the Singhealth O&G Academic Clinical Program (ACP) from April 2018 to
2019. As a clinical researcher, he has authored and co-authored more than 40 peer reviewed papers. He was also the
principal investigator in several multicentre HPV vaccine clinical trials as
well as co-investigator in several multicentre chemotherapy trials in KK
hospital. He sits in the editorial board of the World Journal of Clinical Cases
and Journal of Cancer Metastasis and Treatment (JCMT) and is an associate
editor of the Singapore Journal of O&G. His main research interests are in
cancers of the genital tract as well as complex pelvic surgery including
advanced laparoscopic and robotic cancer surgery.
Dr Timothy Lim Yong Kuei is dedicated to medical education to both
undergraduates and O&G residents. He was an adjunct Associate Professor at
the YLL Medical School, National University of Singapore, Duke-NUS Medical
School, Singapore and the LKC School of Medicine, Singapore from 2017 to 2019.
He was a Physician Faculty member of the Singhealth O&G Residency Program
from 2012 to 2019 and was the course director of the colposcopy and management
of preinvasive diseases program in the Singhealth O&G ACP from 2016 to
2019. He is also an assessor and co-ordinator for the in Hospital clinical
training modules for colposcopy, NUS as well as a member of the JCST O&G
examination committee since 2016.
Dr Timothy Lim Yong Kuei has a strong passion in public education
especially in the prevention and treatment of gynaecological cancers and has
helped organise numerous public health talks and activities for the last
decade. He has been a volunteer doctor in the Singapore Cancer Society for many
years and is the Chairman of the Women’s Gynaecological Cancer Awareness
committee in SCS since 2014. He also dedicates his time to professional
education by serving in the councils of the O&G Society of Singapore (OGSS)
and Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology of Singapore (SCCPS) for the
last 10 years. He is the current Honorary President of the both societies since
March 2019. He was the local organising chairman of the RCOG World Congress in
March 2018 held at Suntec Convention Centre. He also served as the section head
for gynaecologic oncology in the College of O&G Singapore from 2016 to
2019.

Dr Christopher Ng is experienced in antenatal and gynaecological ultrasound scans, prenatal screening, antenatal risk assessment and care, natural childbirth, instrumental vaginal deliveries (vacuum and forceps) and caesarean section, colposcopy, cystoscopy and management of patients with menopausal and fertility problems. Dr Tan Kai Chah is a renowned liver surgeon practising at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore. He specialises in hepatobiliary surgery and liver transplants and has trained, practised and worked in the United Kingdom.
During his time in the United Kingdom, Dr Tan pioneered various liver transplant procedures for both adults and paediatric patients; these include the first ‘split-liver’ transplant, the first auxiliary liver graft, five combined liver-kidney procedures and two combined heart-liver transplant.
Dr Tan spent six years as the senior liver transplant surgeon in King’s College Hospital, London, where he trained 26 surgeons and performed more than 400 procedures. He also advised and helped implement the Irish National Liver Transplant Programme at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Dublin.
In 1994, Dr Tan returned to Southeast Asia and set up his private practice, the Asian Centre for Liver Diseases & Transplantation (ACLDT), in Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore and the Subang Jaya Medical Centre (SJMC) in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
From 1996 to March 2002, Dr Tan was director of the Liver Transplant Programme at Singapore’s National University Hospital, where he performed 72 transplants, both adult and paediatric. He also started a Living Donor Liver Transplant (LDLT) programme at SJMC in 1995, where he has performed more than 50 procedures before he left.
Dr Tan’s work primarily involves general hepatobiliary surgery and liver transplantation. In January 2002, Dr Tan and his team at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore were authorised to perform LDLTs. In April that same year, Dr Tan performed the first successful adult-to-adult LDLT in Southeast Asia. To date, the team in Gleneagles Hospital has performed more than 240 LDLT procedures.

Dr Daniel Tan Yat Harn is a radiation oncologist currently practising at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore. He started his career as a radiation oncologist after graduating from the National University of Singapore in 2002.
Dr Tan trained at international medical centres with a focus on neuro-oncology. This included proton therapy at the University of Pennsylvania’s Roberts Proton Therapy Centre, USA; spine radiosurgery at Princess Margaret Hospital and Sunnybrook’s Odette Cancer Centre in Toronto; and advanced radiation technologies at Tokyo Metropolitan Komagome Hospital in Japan.
Dr Tan was the national project coordinator of the International Atomic Energy Agency’s (IAEA) initiative to train and develop specialists in Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT), an advanced radiation technique, in the Asia-Pacific region.
He was the organising chairman of the inaugural Radiology Asia 2015, a regional radiology meeting held in conjunction with the Singapore Radiological Society’s 24th Annual Scientific Meeting. He has frequently been invited to lecture on these subjects at regional meetings such as the Philippines Radiation Oncology Society Annual Meeting, the Annual Scientific Congress of the Malaysian Oncological Society, the Asia-Pacific Breast Cancer Summit and the International Society of Geriatric Oncology Asia Pacific Conference.
Dr Tan helms the clinical unit of Asian American Radiation Oncology (AARO), the radiotherapy and oncology division of Asian American Medical Group. In collaboration with the University of Pittsburgh Medical Centre (UPMC), AARO manages and provides clinical supervision for radiation oncology units in Asia, bringing cutting-edge radiation technologies to developing regions.

Dr Lee Kang Hoe is a respiratory physician practising at Gleneagles Hospital, Singapore. He graduated from the University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom and was a scholar at Jesus College, Cambridge. Dr Lee Kang Hoe also received support from the Kuok Foundation in Malaysia for his medical studies and underwent an internship with Professor Sir Roy Calne at Addenbrooke’s Hospital and finished his general medicine training at Cambridge before his return to Singapore.

Professional Statement
Dr Richard Quek is a Senior Consultant Medical Oncologist. He graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 1997. He received his internal medicine and medical oncology training at the Singapore General Hospital and National Cancer Centre Singapore (NCCS). In 2008, he was awarded the Singapore Government HMDP fellowship to pursue advanced training and research in the field of soft tissue and bone sarcoma at the Dana-Farber/ Harvard Cancer Centre, Boston, USA. And in 2009, he was awarded the National Medical Research Council (NMRC) fellowship to further his research work in USA.
In additional to general medical oncology, Dr Quek has special interests in the management of sarcomas, gastrointestinal stromal tumors (GIST), melanomas and lymphomas. He founded the Singapore Sarcoma Consortium in 2013 and serves as the co-chair for the annual Singapore Sarcoma Symposium. Dr Quek also founded the Asian Sarcoma Consortium (ASC) in 2015 and continues to lead the ASC whose main aims are to develop sarcoma research and education across Asia.
Prior to joining Parkway Cancer Centre, he was the Deputy Head, Division of Medical Oncology at the NCCS from 2013 – 2018. During this period he also served as the Program Director of the Singhealth Medical Oncology Senior Residency Program. He has received numerous awards including Service Excellence Awards in 2004 and 2005 and the Singhealth Outstanding Educator Awards in 2013 and 2015. He has published more than 70 papers in peer-reviewed journals and continues to be actively involved in research and education.
