Dr Francisco graduated with honours from the Faculty of Medicine of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) in Mexico City, Mexico.  Dr Francisco is accredited as a Specialist Nephrologist Consultant at Mount Elizabeth Novena Hospital, Mount Elizabeth Hopital (Orchard), Gleneagles Hospital and Parkway East Hospital in Singapore.
