Professional Statement
Dr Lee was accorded the MOH's Health Manpower Development Plan award to pursue a clinical fellowship in pancreas and renal transplant at Oxford Transplant Centre (UK) under Professor Peter Friend. Upon his return, Dr Lee led the Renal Transplant Program and laparoscopic donor nephrectomy service at SGH as Surgical Director. He was appointed to the MOH's advisory committee on transplantation.
While in SGH, he was also Director of the Andrology and Male Subfertility services. He initiated dedicated clinics evaluating and treating patients with complex men's health and fertility issues. His management strategies include a wide range of microsurgical procedures. He is currently Vice President of the Asian Andrology Association.
His beliefs in advanced techniques in minimally invasive surgery for better patient care has led him to pursue advanced laparoscopic and robotic training in the USA, France and India. He was admitted as a Fellow of the International College of Robotic Surgeons and has obtained separate Diploma accreditation in Laparoscopic Surgery and Robotic Surgery. He has regular invitations to share his experience both locally and regionally through lectures, workshops and surgical demonstrations.

Professional Statement
Dr Arthur Tseng is an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist practicing at Gleneagles. He completed his MB ChB from the University of Sheffield, United Kingdom in 1996. Dr Arthur Tseng has special interest in Urogynaecology and Pelvic Reconstructive Surgery.
After he completed his basic medical and professional degrees in the United Kingdom, he underwent further training in his subspecialty interest with world renown Urogynaecologist, Professor Linda Cardozo, at King's College Hospital, London. Apart from urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, his pet interest is in the holistic management of Overactive Bladder Syndrome, and other functional bladder conditions.
Prior to joining Gleneagles Hospital, Dr Arthur Tseng was based at KK Women's and Children's Hospital; working as part of a dedicated team, to generate greater public consciousness of pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, offering treatment and cure for such conditions that adversely affect the quality of life of many women.
Dr Arthur Tseng has received several service awards, such as: Long Service Award KK Hospital, Spring Singapore Silver EXSA Award, KKH Service from The Heart Award, Spring Singapore Gold EXSA Award, Singapore Health Quality Service Star Award, KKH Service from The Heart Award.
In raising public awareness of urogynaecological conditions, Dr Arthur Tseng has been actively involved in public forums and regularly invited at both local and international Obstetric and Gynaecological conferences, speaking on subject matters pertaining to management of Urinary Tract Infections, Overactive Bladder Syndrome and Stress Urinary Incontinence. He also presents his research work on such occasions, and has won awards for "Best Paper" presentations, in his pet topics.
Apart from work commitments, Dr Arthur Seng also previously divided his time to teaching at the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and he used to be an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Duke-NUS Graduate Medical School. He is also a council member of the Obstetrical & Gynaecological Society of Singapore (OGSS), since 2007 onwards; having served as Honorary Treasurer for the council, from 2008 to 2010. Dr Tseng has been involved in many public forums, scientific congresses and charitable, fund-raising activities under the umbrella of the OGSS.

Professional Statement
Dr Lincoln
Tan is Director and Consultant Urologist practicing at Gleneagles Hospital. He
is an accredited Robotic Surgeon at Mount Elizabeth Hospital. His
subspecialty interests are in laparoscopic and robotic-assisted surgery, for the
minimally invasive treatment of prostate, kidney and bladder cancers, and the holistic care of men with prostate
cancer. Prior to
leaving for private practice, Dr Tan was Director of Urologic Oncology at the
National University Hospital (NUH) and National Cancer Institute of Singapore
(NCIS).
Dr Lincoln Tan
completed his advanced specialist urology training at the National University
Hospital in 2011. He was awarded the College of Surgeons Gold Medal from the Academy of Medicine Singapore, for being the top advanced urological
trainee in his cohort. Dr Tan
completed his fellowship in Urologic Oncology and Laparoscopic and Tele-Robotic
Urologic Surgery at the Royal Melbourne Hospital in 2013. Dr Tan’s
subspecialty interest is in the care of men with prostate cancer. He is
particularly interested in advanced prostate cancer diagnostics to reduce
unnecessary prostate biopsies, and the performance of safer, more accurate
prostate biopsies. Dr Tan was the principal investigator in the first local
study to validate the use of the Prostate Health Index to better risk stratify
men at risk of prostate cancer, to reduce subjecting men to unnecessary
biopsies. He was also one of the clinical leads that introduced free hand
office based transperineal prostate biopsies into Singapore.
Dr Lincoln Tan is a
passionate advocate for Men’s Health and Prostate Cancer patients, and is the current
Chairman of the Singapore Cancer Society (SCS) Prostate Cancer Survivorship
Programmes Advisory Committee. Dr Tan
strongly believes in the education of the next generation of doctors and
urologists. He is an examiner of medical undergraduates as well as urological
trainees. Dr Tan is privileged to be a faculty of the Asian
Urological Surgery Training and Education Group (AUSTEG), a group of regional
urologists who are passionate to share training opportunities in endourology
and minimally invasive urological surgery to trainees in Asia.

Professional Statement
Dr. Chong obtained his Bachelor of Medicine and Master of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. He is also a Member of the Royal College of Obstetricians & Gynaecologists in London and Australia.
Dr. Chong was a Visiting Consultant at the Urogynae Centre at the K K Women's and Children's Hospital and also a Senior Clinical Lecturer at The National University of Singapore. He was also a pioneer in the use of the gynemesh in the treatment of severe utero-prolapse. Dr. Chong currently serves on the Board of Directors at the International Urogynecological Association (IUGA) and is a Council Member in the O & G Society of Singapore. He is also part of the Asia-Oceania Federation of Obstetrics and Gynaecology. Dr. Chong was also awarded the KK CEO Heart Award in 2003.
Dr. Chong’s clinical interests include cystocele mesh repair surgery, laparoscopic (minimally invasive) surgery, prolapse, incontinence and pelvic floor reconstruction surgery, surgery using the Tension-free Vaginal Tape (TVT) sling procedure, urologic surgery and vaginal rejuvenation (vaginoplasty).
Conditions he treats include female genital cancer, female sexual dysfunction, heavy periods, infertility, menopause, menstrual cramps, ovarian cysts, prolapses of the womb, bladder and bowel, sub-fertility, urinary incontinence, urinary tract infections, uterine fibroids, and vaginal discharges and infections.
